So this project is a big undertaking for us. We're breaking into actual full on development; we usually just manage parts of finishing construction and make selections for other developers. Can't take all the credit here; my husband will be doing most of the day to day on this one, but we make a good team and these are sure to be quite different from the rest of the market in a starter home price range!
